Terms of Service

By creating an Unevee account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Unevee.

Unevee ("we", "us") is a fitness and gym-management platform. One account works in two ways:

• As an athlete — tracking workouts, nutrition and body metrics, following studios and other athletes, checking in at a gym, and messaging.
• As a studio (a gym, trainer or club) — managing members, staff, plans, fees, attendance and its own posts, after Unevee verifies it.

Unevee is the technology connecting athletes and studios. We are not a gym, a personal trainer, or a medical provider ourselves — see Fitness & health disclaimer below.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an Unevee account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's involvement in using Unevee.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password secure.
• One person, one personal account. A studio's team accesses the studio's workspace through their own personal accounts, with a role the studio assigns them.
• You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

A studio account goes through our verification review before it can operate on Unevee, and we can decline, suspend or remove a studio at our discretion — for example if the information it gave us is false, or it violates these terms.

A membership at a studio (the plan, its price, its fees, and what it includes) is an agreement between you and that studio, not with Unevee. We provide the record-keeping — plans, attendance, dues — but we're not a party to that membership and don't guarantee a studio's facilities, staff, schedule, or the quality of what it offers.

Attendance check-in compares your device's location against the studio's location to confirm you're there, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any workout a studio assigns you, or that you find in Unevee's exercise catalog, is provided as-is. Neither Unevee nor a studio is liable for an injury that results from exercising, except where that can't be limited by law.

Unevee doesn't process card payments. When you pay a studio's membership fee, its staff record that payment by hand — the money changes hands directly with the studio, and Unevee never holds, transmits or takes a cut of it through the app. What you see in the app (dues, receipts, payment history) is a record of what was actually paid, not a payment made through Unevee.

A studio's own subscription to use Unevee (separate from its members' fees) is arranged directly with our team and billed outside the app; the details of that arrangement are in the studio's own agreement with us, not in this document.

You own what you post — photos, videos, comments, messages. By posting it on Unevee, you give us permission to store it and show it to whoever your visibility settings allow, only so we can operate the app.

Don't use Unevee to:

• Post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving a minor.
• Impersonate another person or studio, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Spam, scrape, or try to access another account or studio's data without authorization.
• Upload a payment record, attendance entry, or verification document that you know to be false.

We can remove content, or limit an account's reach, that breaks these rules.

We can suspend or ban an account or a studio that violates these terms, provides false information, or puts other users at risk — with or without notice, depending on the severity. You can delete your own account any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

The Unevee app, its design, logo, and underlying software are ours. These terms don't grant you any right to use the Unevee name or branding beyond what's needed to use the app normally.

Unevee is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law where you live allows. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Unevee isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, a studio's services, or content posted by another user — including, as described above, injuries from physical activity. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute that can't be resolved directly with us is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms as Unevee changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date above and let you know in the app where appropriate. Continuing to use Unevee after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
